MC Nylon high strength wear-resistant machining material

It is a high-strength, wear-resistant engineering plastic. We recommend machining when creating parts with high strength and wear resistance.

MC901 is a material that excels in mechanical strength, heat resistance, chemical resistance, and wear resistance, and is widely used for mechanical parts and similar applications. It is an improved version of nylon 6, and there are other grades such as MC801 (black) that have high weather resistance. When referring to blue MC nylon, it often indicates this material produced by Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials.

Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, impact-resistant, high wear, machining material.

It is used as a machining material for snowmobile skis and similar parts. We manufacture components with excellent impact resistance and high wear resistance through machining.

U-PE, also known as UHPE, is a material that marks the highest value in impact resistance among plastics. Its wear resistance surpasses that of POM, PTFE, and nylon 66, and it excels in self-lubrication. Products such as New Light and Solijur are available from various manufacturers.

[Processing Example] Motor Case Cushioning Material

By storing materials in-house and processing them through slicing, we can procure materials with overwhelming speed!

We would like to introduce a case that responds to the request for "an original case is necessary when selling as a set." After confirming the product specifications and usage conditions requested by the customer, we check and create processing drawings, select and develop appropriate materials (foam). Then, we perform cutting processing using a press machine, adhere with tape, and proceed to inspection and shipping. Our company stores materials and performs slicing processing in-house, allowing for overwhelmingly fast material procurement. 【Specifications】 ■ Material: 15 times expanded black polyethylene foam ■ 9 holes included *For detailed cases, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Design Point] If you want high precision while keeping costs down, use Unirate.

When aiming for high-precision machining of resin while keeping costs down, the choice of material is a crucial point.

Introducing the design point for achieving high-precision machining of resin cutting: "If you want high precision while keeping costs down, use Unilate." To achieve high-precision resin cutting, PPS is suitable due to its low elongation rate and relatively easy machinability. It can accommodate dimensional accuracy of ±0.01mm, but the material cost of PPS is higher compared to other resins due to its precision. Therefore, if high precision of ±0.01mm, which PPS can achieve, is not required, choose Unilate instead. While Unilate has slightly lower machining precision compared to PPS, its material cost is lower, leading to cost reduction. [Overview] - PPS has a higher material cost due to its precision compared to other resins. - If high precision is not necessary, choose Unilate. - The lower material cost leads to cost reduction. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.*
